Job Description:

The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, adjusting, and running various types of continuous manufacturing lines. Setup and maintain basic manufacturing lines.Perform Line ClearanceCompletes documentation, and data collection completely and accurately using GDPMaintain production on multiple lines simultaneously.Analyze data and make adjustments to production runs to maintain product quality and meet specificationsUtilize various measurement systems to determine whether key parameters are met on mixtures or products.Trained in material handling operations: Assisting or performing material handler responsibilities as requiredUsing business systems and MS Office programs as requiredReview pending job orders to determine the type and quantity of materials needed for pending jobsWeigh and measure materials using scalesParticipates in department internal and external auditsAble to measure critical wire/tubing dimensions such as: I.D., O.D., and lengthReceives pre-determined work assignments with some instructionFollows established practices and procedures works within established process limits and communicates when having issuesEnsures that jobs are completed on schedule following established procedures and schedules.Assist the Lead in training others on Material Handling operations
