2nd Shift: Mon – Fri 3:30pm – 2am (40+ hrs/week)What you will do:
As a Production Associate I, you will perform various manufacturing duties as required to ensure the team meets all goals and objectives. Types of work include packaging, stoning, straightening, material handling, hand finishing, buffing, laser marking, masking, blasting and inspection of implants and/or instruments.
Conduct visual inspection, and utilize inspection tools to ensure quality and consistencyUse standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages and comparator)Engage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems, collecting data to solve problems, and suggesting improvement ideasPerform dimensional lay-out inspection on in-house and vended manufactured productComplete Autonomous Maintenance on equipment, including cleaning equipment and workstationUse new software platforms (i.e. SharePoint, Oracle, Access)Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOPMeet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekendsWhat you need:
