**1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm** **What you will do:** + Conduct visual inspection, and utilize inspection tools to ensure quality and consistency + Use standard inspection tools (i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages and comparator) + Engage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems, collecting data to solve problems, and suggesting improvement ideas + Perform dimensional lay-out inspection on in-house and vended manufactured product + Complete Autonomous Maintenance on equipment, including cleaning equipment and workstation + Use new software platforms (i.e. SharePoint, Oracle, Access) + Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to GMP/QMS/SOP + Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends **What you need:** Preferred Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED + Manufacturing Experience Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
