QUALIFICATIONS:
High school education or equivalent
Ability to read & understand assembly documentation
Manual dexterity
Verbal & written communication skills
Works well in team environment.
IPC-A-610 certification preferred but not required
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
Assemble, inspect & prepare electrical panels/circuit boards per related documentation &
drawings
Trim & form leaded parts
Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and RTV per related documentation and drawings
Properly fill out production documentation
Communicate with cell captains on parts shortages & problems
Final assembly and/or pack and ship as required
Rotate to different work stations & different cells as needed
