What We Offer Second Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | $19.70 Third Shift | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | $19.70 Health benefits, including telehealth medical services $500 sign-on bonus ($100 after 40 hours of work and $400 after 90 days) Weekly attendance bonus Referral program 40 hours of PTO per year Paid holidays (9) 401k Employee appreciation events Safety contests Company provided safety shoes Discounts offered by local merchants What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED Basic understanding of industrial machines Knowledge of basic mathematical skills Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds repetitively, and push and pull up to 62 pounds Ability to stoop, kneel, and bend at the waist, rotate head, reach, walk, sit, and stand for most of the shift Ability to use fingers for manipulation What You’ll Do as a Production Associate Operate machines, assemble, inspect, and/or audit components and handle material Maintain logbooks, databases, and other miscellaneous records Perform simple machine adjustments and changeovers Make workstation adjustments to maintain quality standards and facilitate changeover of product types Demonstrate discipline regarding established standards, policies, procedures, and continuous safety training Perform other tasks as assigned Candidates must possess a minimum vision acuity of 20/23 or better and have the ability to accurately assess depth perception. This requirement is essential for performing the necessary tasks associated with the role.
