**Job Title: Production Associate** Job Description As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for interpreting and executing tasks based on engineering drawings, sample builds, and verbal instructions. You will utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components and ensure all electronic assemblies are completed according to specifications. Responsibilities + Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components by crimping, screwing, bolting, riveting, soldering, cementing, or press-fitting. + Conduct point-to-point wiring of electronic assemblies in accordance with wire lists and schematics. + Install electronic components—including transformers, resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets—onto chassis, panels, or printed circuit boards. + Integrate completed assemblies or subassemblies into enclosures such as cases and cabinets. + Apply correct labeling and symbolization to components, subassemblies, and final units as required. + Report any non-conforming conditions or procedural issues to management for resolution. + Adhere strictly to company-defined quality standards and workmanship guidelines throughout all tasks. Essential Skills + Proficiency in assembly using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to interpret and execute tasks based on engineering drawings and schematics. + Experience in soldering and crimping. + Proficient in point-to-point wiring of electronic assemblies.
