Job Description:

Location: Westbrook, Maine

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Associate candidates in the Westbrook, ME area. We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Production team at a top-tier plating facility that supports mission-critical industries, including aerospace, defense, firearms, and medical manufacturing. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Rack and unrack parts to support plating and finishing processes
Sandblast, buff, wash, wire, and clean parts as directed
Perform general labor and utility work across various production areas
Assist with basic quality checks and testing pre- and post-plating
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and standard work instructions

Desired Background/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Comfortable working on your feet and handling small components
Prior production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and contribute positively to a team-based culture

Requirements:

Standing, bending, and performing repetitive motions for extended periods
Background Check
Fitness Test
Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. persons only due to export regulations)
