Production Associate
Job Title: Assembler - Level 1

Job Description

As an assembler, you will utilize hand and power tools to manufacture HVAC units. This role requires a team-oriented attitude and a willingness to collaborate effectively.

ResponsibilitiesUse hand and power tools to assemble unitsWork collaboratively with team members in a production setting.Adhere to quality standards by measuring and inspecting products.Essential SkillsProficient use of tape measure and hand tools.Strong attention to detail.Blueprint experienceExperience in production, assembly, or machine operation.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints.Willingness to learn and be trained.Consistent attendance and reliability.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holmen, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
