Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the assembly line team supporting the production of high-quality bumpers for major automotive brands. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Brownstown, MI

Pay Range:
Starting at $17.50/hour with scheduled raises at 3 months & 6 months

Shift:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM start
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM start
(Shifts may run 10–12 hours depending on production needs)

What's the Job?

Assemble bumper components on a fast-paced production line using hand tools. Maintain consistent workflow and meet cycle time KPIs at your assigned station. Stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Lift and move parts weighing up to 30–35 lbs as needed. Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times.

What's Needed?

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
