Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Trinity, AL

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What's the Job?

Assist in the production process by operating machinery and equipment. Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting products during manufacturing. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

What's Needed?

Must have previous manufacturing experience (6+ months). Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
