**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery within our facility. You will be responsible for loading raw materials into the production line, ensuring quality control throughout the production process, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. **Responsibilities** + Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery. + Load raw materials into the production line. + Monitor machine operations and visually inspect materials during processing. + Report any issues to the team lead promptly. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment. + Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards are met. + Adjust machinery as needed to maintain optimal performance. **Essential Skills** + Experience with machine operation and mechanical assembly. + Ability to load machines and perform mechanical adjustments. + Proficiency in inspection and quality control processes. + Familiarity with production and packaging procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience is a plus. + Experience with clamp trucks is advantageous. + Quality inspection experience is beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a brand-new facility equipped with state-of-the-art equipment where you will be among the first employees, fostering a family-like atmosphere.
