Job Description

We are currently looking for dedicated and dependable Production Associate to join our team in a full-time, temp-to-hire capacity. In this position, you will be tasked with operating a range of machinery utilized in the manufacturing of plastic goods, such as filament, blown film, and straw lines. Your main objective will be to ensure effective, top-notch, and secure manufacturing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate multiple machines utilized in plastic product manufacturingCollaborate with packers to uphold production flowMonitor production lines and conduct regular quality assessmentsMaintain a tidy and safe work environmentAssist with the packaging of final products as requiredAdhere to written and verbal instructions accuratelyComplete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Capability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistancePrevious experience in machine operation is necessaryExceptional attention to detail and quality assuranceProficiency in reading, writing, and understanding instructionsComfortable with working overtime, including weekends
