**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** The candidate will be responsible for processing fabric to prepare for the subsequent shift, involving the precise measuring and cutting of fabric. **Responsibilities** + Prepare fabric by accurately measuring, making, and cutting it according to patterns or specifications. + Ensure minimal waste and maintain a clean, organized workspace. + Operate and feed machines efficiently. + Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure. + Work independently and collaborate effectively with the team. + Conduct quality checks to ensure the product meets inspection standards at each stage of the production line. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general production, packaging, and production assembly. + Ability to read a tape measure accurately. + Prior experience with fabric cutting and machine operation. + Understanding of quality assurance processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous manufacturing production experience. + Good attention to detail for quality checks. + Willingness to learn new processes through cross training. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a standard 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday, along with a competitive salary.
