Production/Assembly Operator - 1st Shift

**Job Summary:**
The Production Operator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks including product assembly, inspection, testing, and the operation of tools/equipment and material/component processing. The Operator will ensure that all production activities meet schedule requirements and quality standards.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Perform all assigned production tasks safely and efficiently by following standard operating procedures and work instructions.
+ Troubleshoot production issues quickly and effectively, escalating as necessary.
+ Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
+ Visually inspect products during various stages of production to detect defects, component misplacement, or incorrect parts.
+ Conduct initial testing for product conformity.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace including all plant areas, workstations, equipment, and communal areas, following 5S procedures.
+ Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
+ Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to take direction.
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods as required.
+ Reliable and punctual attendance with flexibility for assigned shifts and required overtime.
+ Experience working in a clean room environment is a plus.
**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
