Title: **Assembler (A Shift)** Location: Fairport Job Family: MOPA Career Band: O11 **Your Impact:** As a valued team member, you'll help create quality products while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Here’s what you’ll be doing: + Set up and operate a variety of assembly equipment, including small hydraulic presses, staking machines, drill presses, welding machines, air drivers, spin riveters, and winders. + Rotate between work cells as directed by your Supervisor or Cell Leader, ensuring smooth production flow. + Pack finished products carefully to ensure they’re ready for shipment. + Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe at all times. + Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team. + Follow established quality standards to ensure every product meets expectations. **Qualifications:** We’re looking for someone who can bring the following skills and experience to the role: + Proficient English reading and writing skills, including the ability to understand MSDS sheets and work instructions.
