📍 Location: Tualatin Manufacturing Facility (250+ team members)🕒 Shifts Available:Swing Shift: Starts at 4:00 PM, working 8–11 hours(Includes a $2/hour shift differential)💵 Pay:$22/hour base pay$2/hour for Swing Shift differential Responsibilities Support product build and assembly processes with accuracy and efficiency using standard work instructionsFocus on quality and timely delivery to ensure customer satisfactionDemonstrate Milgard’s Core Values in every interactionFollow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPECollaborate with a team that values craftsmanship, precision, and pride in their work Qualifications 1+ year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, roofing, or warehouse workMechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measureComfortable using hand and power toolsAbility to solve basic math problems, including fractions and addition/subtraction About Us
