Now Hiring: Production Assemblers / Mechanical Assemblers **Location:** Largo, FL area **Shifts Available:** + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday) – $21.45/hour + 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday night – Friday morning) – $22.43/hour **Job Summary:** We are seeking skilled and reliable Production Assemblers / Mechanical Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and subassemblies in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and at least one year of experience in manufacturing or production. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble mechanical parts and components according to work instructions, blueprints, or schematics + Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks + Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals **Must Have:** + Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment + Comfortable working in a standing position for extended periods + Willingness to work assigned shift and occasional overtime as needed **Benefits:** + Paid weekly + Competitive hourly pay + Opportunities for growth and advancement + Supportive team environment + Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
