JOB SUMMARY
The Production Artist acts as the liaison between the home office merchandising teams and field organizations by developing store set directives and renderings that meet sales and productivity goals, as well as support the At Home Brand.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for creating company store set guides, that includes merchandising direction, signage, and visual renderings, to educate team members in the field on proper product placement/displays throughout the store.
Work closely with Buying teams, Store Operations, and Visual Merchandising to develop store manual and directive initiatives to ensure they are executed to company standards.
Utilize information from cross-functional partners to create guides that align with corporate strategy, prototype concepts, and marketing. Specifically focus on weekly/seasonal communications to be delivered to 250+ stores.
Work proactively with supervisor to ensure continuous improvement of existing directives.
Manage the completion of Special Projects as assigned by supervisor (special store projects, strategy expansions, tests, and department resets, etc).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree Required – Graphic Design, 3D Modeling, Merchandising or Marketing preferred.
3 years experience in Graphic Design, Store Design, Merchandising, or related role.
Working knowledge of 3D software (C4D and/or 3DS Max), Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Ability to comprehend, execute, and enforce company programs, policies and procedures.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with supervisors verbally and in writing.
Self-starter with strong attention to detail who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
