Production and Sanitation Operator
**About the Role** We are seeking a reliable and versatile **Production & Sanitation Operator** to join our team. This position offers variety, with responsibilities split between operating automated production equipment and performing sanitation duties when production is not running. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, can adapt to different tasks, and takes pride in keeping equipment clean and running smoothly. **Key Responsibilities** **Sanitation Duties (Primary when production is down):** + Clean production line equipment, building interiors, and occasionally building exteriors. + Follow sanitation schedule using an electronic tablet to track completed tasks. + Safely use ladders, step stools, and occasionally scissor lifts for cleaning high areas. + Maintain cleanliness standards to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance. **Production Line Operation (Primary when production is running):** + Operate automated production line machines (can winders, seamers, fillers, case-packers, palletizers). + Keep machines supplied with raw materials and assist with equipment changeovers. + Perform quality checks and monitor for product defects during operation. + Cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment to become a flexible team member. + Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. as required by specific machinery. **Pay and Shift** + **Pay:** $20/hour + $3/hour shift premium + **Shift:** 1st and 2nd - four day work weeks! **Requirements** + Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities. + Basic computer skills (tablet use for sanitation schedule). + Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working at heights occasionally. + Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards. + Previous production or sanitation experience is a plus, but **training is provided** . **Apply Today** If you’re looking for a role with steady pay, great benefits, and opportunities to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you!
