What We Offer: Pay of $15.00–$15.50 per hour 8-hour shifts with paid breaks Health benefits and 401(k) participation Voluntary overtime opportunities PPE provided Temp-to-hire position Referral and reward programs Opportunities for advancement What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Forklift experience - preferred SAP system experience - preferred Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent basic math and problem-solving skills Proficient computer skills, including scanning and data entry Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable with physical tasks: stooping, kneeling, climbing, balancing Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed What You’ll Do as a Production Operator: Complete pre-shift stretching routines Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Operate machinery and manually assemble parts Monitor and maintain product quality during production Package and label products according to specifications Identify and report defects or equipment issues Keep a clean and organized work area Work within ISO14001 and TS-16949 standards Use SAP system for tracking and data input Support team members and contribute to production goals Perform other duties as assigned
