Primary Purpose:
Responsible for operating, monitoring, & maintaining all ingredient systems, preforming all required product testing, and performing all sanitation activities required on all ingredient systems including running CIP units.Job Responsibilities:
Monitors production schedule to determine quantities of Cream, AMF, CMX, M2C, Lactic Acid, Liquid Emulsifiers, color cart systems, CB1, EMFC3, and various powders and ingredients needed. Make Lactic Acid Slurry. Make Liquid Emulsifier. Assist with removal of trash & recyclables from the Processing rooms. Complete all pre-start-up checks that are required. Assist with R&D Trials as needed. Capable of working optimally & efficiently with another Ingredient Supplier. Provide break relief as needed & advised. Performs all sanitation duties on all Ingredient equipment when needed, including running CIP units. Also, Operates ACS systems to clean color carts, CB1 & EMFC3 systems and COP tubs. Perform & document all required Period Cleaning on the Raw & RTE CIP units & all ingredient delivery systems. Responsible to ensure that the Raw & RTE CIP units are ready to operate every day. i.e., operating accurately, proper chemical supplies. Assist with Blender & Cooker Operation, Monitoring, Testing, & Sanitation. Change Screens as the need arises. Communicates closely with Cookers, Blending, & Grinding. Maintains Kraft quality standards by checking quality of seals, code dates, labels, packaging, weights, odor, color, temperature of product, etc. Maintains all machinery in good operating condition by proper cleaning and lubrication to improve line optimization and performing a variety of maintenance type functions such as change-over, set-up, pit stops, minor maintenance and adjustments, lubrication, production programming, etc. Ensures housekeeping and Kraft Heinz quality standards are maintained in the work area. Completes required recordkeeping on manual, computer, and other systems, including scanning into SAP. Coordinates job duties or changes of duty during shift operations. Responsible for decision-making and advising proper personnel when there are problems. Trains new or inexperienced associates. Relieves other personnel as needed. Actively participates as a team member. Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in MES applications. Reports and/or corrects unsafe acts or conditions. Operates material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Performs other duties as advised by the Leadership Team. Perform SLED date checks and consume Powder and all other ingredients from the oldest to the newest proficiently. Accountable for the Safety, Health and Environmental systems and operational standards to ensure compliance as it is outlined in our policies/procedures and processes. Understand and apply KHMS (Kraft Heinz Management System) practices such as 5S, centerline management, shift hand-offs, operational standard ownership/support, problem solving, etc.Minimum Requirements:
·Knowledge: Basic math, reading and communication. Working Environment: Primarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general production environment.Qualifications:
·Able to acquire a fork truck license.Physical Requirements:
