What you can expect

Review and identify warranty trends and spikes across customers and productsEstablish correlations between warranty claims and warranty returnsReport product warranty top issues and support manufacturing locations to improve warranty performanceSupport in NTF reductions activities using structured problem solvingSupport in Warranty Level 2 investigations with analysis engineersFollow up on Warranty Level 3 investigations with engineering.Support Manufacturing locations with targets to investigate needs based on trends

What you'll bring

Bachelor of Science in EngineeringAt least 5 years experience in electronics automotive systems in customer facing roles like qualityAt least 5 years experience with North American, European or Asian OEM warranty processes and warranty toolsProficiency in data and statistical analysis and warranty reportingProven experience in Structured problem solving2 years experience with weibull analysis or other risk estimation statistical analysisVery good understanding of ADAS components and systemsCross functional experience in manufacturingRed X Problem Solving certification
