**Role: Product Engineer**
**Department: Analog Signal Chain (ASC) INT SUPPORT**
**No. of Opening: 1**
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Development work in support of a broad range of analog amplifiers, temperature sensors, sensor based analog front ends and application specific signal processing comprising of advanced Integrated Circuits that address Automotive and Industrial markets
+ Collaborate and work in a team environment with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability in all aspects of new product development, production release to accomplish goals and objectives
+ Design bench evaluation PCBs (printed circuit boards) and generating characterizations programs for bench evaluations
+ Perform evaluation, debug and characterization of integrated circuits to ensure they meet the product requirement specifications and manufacturing requirements
+ Work with failure analysis (FA) to determine root cause of any reliability and qualification failures
+ Work with process and package technology development to develop and qualify technologies for new product development
+ Work closely with the global manufacturing facilities to address customer specific product quality, yield management and cost reductions issues on mature products. Scope of work could include product spins and derivatives
+ Infrastructure, tools and process improvement to support customers, quality and product development efficiency
**Role: Product & Test Engineer**
**Department: Analog Power Product (APP) Battery Management System (BMS) BCP**
**No. of Opening: 1**
**Responsibilities include:**
+ Develop and complete all documentation related to new product development phases.
+ Work closely with design and systems engineers to understand device specs and to identify test coverage on ATE that can be done on the ATE platform in different phases of test program development.
+ Develop and execute ATE production and characterization test hardware, programs and documentation detailing test hardware requirements, test plan, DFT plan, etc.
+ Work with cross functional teams to optimize test solution and ensure the product design requirements are achieved as well as sustained.
+ Estimate test cost parameters such as number of test sites, test time, handler / prober charges and utilize test cost tools models to determine entitlement test cost of device.
+ Perform relevant and necessary adjustments, analysis, testing and debugging processes as well as coordinate with support organizations to optimize existing test solutions for cost and yield.
+ Ensure that new products conform to the Company’s stringent Process, Engineering, Quality and Cost standards during NPI and ramp up phases.

**Minimum requirements:**
+ **Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering** or equivalent
+ Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 or higher.
+ **Work Arrangement:** This is a full-time onsite role at the Texas Instruments Malaysia, based in Kuala Lumpur
+ **Important Note:** This opportunity is open only to fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of post-graduation experience.
**Preferred qualifications**
+ Basic understanding of schematics, layouts and digital components
+ Knowledge and understanding of analog circuitry (examples include: op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensing, etc.)
+ Programming skills in C/C++ (LabView recommended)
+ Experience with lab equipment, like oscilloscopes, along with soldering and debugging skills
+ Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
+ Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skill
+ Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
+ Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
+ Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
