**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Consultant with 10 to 14 years of experience in Temenos T24 Core Banking Selenium and Core Java. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance with a focus on delivering high-quality products. This role offers a hybrid work model and requires no travel. **Responsibilities** + Lead the testing efforts for Temenos T24 and Core Banking applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. + Oversee the development and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts using Selenium and Core Java. + Provide expertise in identifying analyzing and documenting defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. + Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that new features do not negatively impact existing functionality. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance. + Monitor and report on test progress test results and quality metrics to stakeholders. + Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes. + Mentor and guide junior testers providing technical support and knowledge sharing. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of the product. + Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards. + Support the deployment and release management processes to ensure smooth transitions from development to production. **Qualifications** + Extensive experience in Temenos T24 and Core Banking applications. + Proficiency in Selenium and Core Java for test automation. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments is a plus. + Ability to work in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Temenos T24 Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
