Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 3 years of experience project managing and delivering technical solutions. + Experience developing solution architectures for Contact Centers and customer-facing digital experiences like web or mobile applications, as well as experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL, Go, or C++). As a Product Technology Manager on the Tools Development and Automation team, you'll be responsible for managing solutions that make our broader gTech support and services organization more efficient. You'll help drive the development of tools and will be involved in ideating required product features and designing/implementing quick and scalable solutions. You will work with Google’s infrastructure to manage big problems over large datasets. You’ll be working as a part of an Engineering team responsible for developing and supporting tools, prototyping proofs of concept, and writing/reviewing technical design documents to meet the needs of our services teams. You will adhere to Google’s software development best practices and work in close partnership with other Project/Product Management and Engineering teams.
