Job Description
Responsible for leading cross-functional teams to execute capital equipment development projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness from sales to customer production startup. This involves collaborating with various departments, developing project plans, managing communication, and driving accountability to achieve project goals.
ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams to execute capital equipment development projects.Ensure accuracy and completeness from sales through to customer production startup.Collaborate with various departments to develop project plans.Manage communication and drive accountability to achieve project goals.Set expectations and track milestones for project progress.Lead meetings, document decisions, and communicate risks or changes to project scope or schedule.Essential SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interface with customers at all levels.Proven ability to manage multiple, complex technical projects concurrently.Skilled at setting expectations, tracking milestones, and driving accountability.Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to understand and translate technical engineering concepts into customer-facing communication.Comfortable leading meetings and documenting decisions.Self-directed, solutions-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.Minimum of 6 years of experience managing technical projects or programs.Experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial machinery.Experience in printing, converting, or related equipment industries is a strong plus.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
