Extensive product knowledge. Interacts with clients to execute complex product transactions that generate significant revenue. Works under direction of more senior associates. Real Estate Structured Finance (RESF) is seeking a candidate to join our fast-paced and challenging environment in a support role. The position plays an integral part in our loan origination team by ordering third-party reports for the purpose of facilitating loan closings and assisting with additional tasks as needed. **Responsibilities** + Manage and monitor the third-party report ordering process for commercial real estate loans using the Valuation Services Information Management System (VSIMS) + Review and analyze third party reports as part of the due diligence process for accuracy and forward to the deal team within required timeframe + Upload third party reports to our system of retention (CMBS Imaging) + Oversee third party report invoicing questions and respond in a timely manner + Order market and competitive store analysis reports + Manage internal and external vendor relationships + Submit monthly HMDA reporting and quality control data for accuracy + Communicate effectively with loan origination deal teams and vendors to ensure timely closing + Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed **Skills & Experience Required** + Bachelor’s Degree preferred + 2-5 years of experience in a support role + Extremely high attention to detail. + Data entry skills + Self-motivated, team-oriented, and strong time management skills + Mature, calm, and professional attitude at all time + Excellent organization and communication skills (verbal & written) **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
