What you’ll own as – Product Support Representative Specialist

This is Application Support Role, we are looking for candidate who is having 8 - 12 Years of experience in Core & Advance Java and AWS Cloud for handling Production Incidents.Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action, Code review with Development team.Work with team for performing DR and BCP activities, Performance management, Capacity management and Envolve in PCI audits.Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.Recreates client issues in test environment, Identifies/documents how applications and systems interact to support business processes.Resolves client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily Client-centric activities.Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring

Core & Advance JAVA skill along with Micro Services and Spring boot framework is mandatoryRally, GitHub, Splunk, AWS Cloud, ServiceNow and ITSM knowledge is Mandatory.Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus; personal banking experience preferredDocuments client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product developmentStrong analytical skillsKnowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software productsOrganizational and time management skills requiredSelf-starter with proven ability to work independentlyExtremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applicationsExcellent oral and written communications skillsStrong problem solving skills
