Job Description:
Position Title : Product Support Representative
Location : Dungannon Business Park
Reporting to : Parts technical support Manager
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
To provide support to the dealer network with regard to their open order books. Receive and manage orders through internal systems to ensure all customer and departmental needs are met within the required time frame.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Manage Dealer enquiries through the helpdeskAdvising on part identificationCross reference parts against BOMSAssist in the sourcing of parts identifiedLiaising with internal departments and external suppliesResponsible for credit investigations.Partake in customer service calls and identify areas for improvementAssist with preparation for new product launch.Assist with parts related engineering change orders.Experience and Qualifications
Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent which will include English and Maths at grade C or aboveHave experience of working within a busy office environment ideally in a customer service roleAbility to organize and prioritise workload using your own initiative to meet deadlinesExcellent organizational skills and be able to prioritise your workload using your own initiativeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust have the ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them resolve them.Excellent written skills as most of the work will be written (email, documentation etc)Experience of the crushing and screening industry would be desirable though not essentialKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
