Product Supply Lead - High Speed Optics
Meet The Team You will work with great people from marketing, operations, supplier management, and finance to create the most efficient supply chain for high speed optics across two different business units. You will work cross functionally with talented individuals within GMO, GSM, and Global Planning to best position Cisco to succeed in a fast growing business environment powered by growth in service provider and AI applications. This role will be responsible for the supply planning for Cisco's 100G, 400G, and 800G optical transceiver portfolio. Your Impact You'll use your ability to influence, both inside and outside Cisco, to implement our material and fulfillment strategies. Your top materials planning skills are used daily to enhance Cisco's competitive advantage. Analyze incoming supply and Cisco demand trends to forecast PID lead time to our customers to ensure proper lead time management and customer satisfaction. Help establish an effective materials pipeline and drive product lead time achievement reflecting global demand, service expectations, customer priorities, costs and constraints. Collaborate with Regional teams to drive build plan and priorities according to the business and customer needs. Drives supply chain setup and total lifecycle management for materials at site. Works with Regional OPS team to ensure proper org splits and to maintain global supply balance between sites. Support inventory commits and optimization, E&O projections/scrap disposition, and buffer recommendations. Minimum Qualifications * Seven or more years of experience in a Supply Chain Environment * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures * Three or more years of experience with large dataset processing using Excel Preferred Qualifications * Outstanding Collaborator & Team building skills * Outstanding oral and written communication skills to effectively harmonize with internal and external partners * Project management experience desired #WeAreCisco #WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
