Product Supply Controlling Intern
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
Develop cost reporting tools which will be developed into dashboards or other business tools;Support management of "cost of goods manufactured" by reporting, validating and reviewing production spend;Summarize financial results into presentations including tables / graphs to share the financial story with business partners;Provide trend analysis and reports to business partners on key deviations and business drivers to assess business risk / opportunities;Develop a forecast simulation tool which allows teams to review spending against guardrails;Partner with finance, data analytics team and business partners on metric and dashboard development;Assist in pulling data/information in support of various stakeholders or initiatives;Support special projects or initiatives as they arise.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting (with some course work in finance or accounting already completed);Ability to learn quickly and embrace a dynamic work environment;Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (with significant focus in Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills;Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $22.10 to $28.50. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..
