The End to End Supply Chain Management organisation manages reliable and timely fulfilment of supply of products and/or services in Pharma by overseeing a set of end-to-end networks, processes, systems and relationships to the point of access by patients.  

Product Strategy partners with Global Product Strategy Therapeutic Area and Established Product counterparts to lead the communities of Product Leaders to accelerate patient access and product value by developing robust supply chain lifecycle plans.

As a Product Strategy Leader, you are accountable for commercial launch and technical lifecycle management of assigned product(s).

Owning the end-to-end product strategy and execution focusing on the largest value driving stages of the product life cycle, from commercial launch through the resilient stage and preparing the product to be fully established

Serving as the Pharma Technical Operations (PT)  “Voice of the Product” translating the business drivers for the product and external trends and insights into robust supply chain lifecycle plans that enable patient access and product value

Acting  as a Business Development Due-Diligence leader who supports and coaches others in Pharma Technical Operations Supply Chain organization on due diligences and partnering evaluation

Anticipating business and enterprise opportunities and risks and recommend product, process or service improvements

Thinking at an enterprise level, translating to product strategy goals and targets, and oversee successful execution of the strategy

You are recognized as a leading and exemplary product strategist in the space of technical product management and supply chain strategy, demonstrating several years of experience in the technical business development space.

You have a BS or MS Degree with 10+ years of multi-disciplinary work experience in the Pharma / Biotech industry and 7+ years previous senior people management or senior matrix team leadership experience

You are an exceptional \"above-product\" / portfolio-level leader and coach that delivers on major programs with significant business and patient impact

You think at an enterprise level, translate to product strategy goals and targets, and oversees successful execution of the strategy even through uncertainty and volatility

Fluent English, with experience working in complex large global organizations, and the ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
