Product Strategy Lead, Go-to-Market Operations

Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory. Preferred qualifications: + MBA degree or graduate degree in a management, technical, or engineering field. + 3 years of experience working with and influencing senior-level executives. + 2 years of experience in synthesizing complex data to identify key trends, develop data-driven strategies, and articulate impactful recommendations to executive leadership. + 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment. + 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting. + Strong understanding of Google’s Ads products, sales teams, or service operations, as well as the relevant customer and competitive landscapes. Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to GBO. The team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business delivers strategic growth and operates effectively. As a Beta Product Strategy & Operations Lead, you will play a key role in defining the go-to-market strategy and operational framework for Google's impactful early-stage ads products, directly contributing to their trajectory. You will define the approach, structure, and execution for the launch of high-revenue potential beta products, utilizing sales and market feedback to drive faster incubation decisions. In this role, you will function as a strategic consultant, leading initiatives that directly influence product development and launch decisions. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Define and optimize the beta product go-to-market operating model, ensuring alignment across GTM, Product, and LCS teams for effective market entry. + Analyze existing beta program business processes to identify pain points and optimization opportunities, driving the prioritization and implementation of improvements with stakeholders. + Develop and deliver impactful communications and presentations that clearly convey complex information and influence diverse audiences, including senior leadership. + Lead the design and execution of feedback initiatives, such as Product Feedback Summits, to gather and synthesize crucial sales and market insights for product teams. + Define and support strategies for beta community engagement to enhance activation, gather valuable feedback, and accelerate product incubation decisions.
