**Junior EMEA Product Stewardship Specialist**
**Product Stewardship manages regulatory compliance needs, mainly focusing on chemical regulations that aim to protect the health and safety of man and the environment. The Junior EMEA PS Specialist will support multiple businesses within Sustainability & Decarbonization and Advanced Industrial Solutions. The role combines Hazard Communication responsibilities, management of regulatory information, handling customer inquiries, and coordination of internal processes.**
**Primary Responsibilities & Duties:**
+ Development of Safety Data Sheets and regulatory product labels, as well as maintenance of the underlying information in the ERP system.
+ Tracking of import and production volumes, via internal systems as well as through interaction with customers, and proactively assessing these against regulatory limitations.
+ Managing internal overviews of critical regulatory compliance information e.g. related to chemical registrations, agreements with customers, etc.
+ Addressing customer inquiries for the EMEA region, either providing responses directly or involving subject matter experts as needed.
+ Monitoring and tracking financials across the EMEA product stewardship activities; helping the team navigate internal procedures to facilitate collaboration with external consultants, contract laboratories etc.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ BSc in a life sciences or chemistry related field.
+ A first experience within one of the following areas is welcomed: regulatory affairs related to the chemical industry; EU REACH; classification / labelling under GHS/CLP; regulatory IT systems such as IUCLID, SAP EHS.
+ Work to the highest levels of integrity. Be passionate about delivering accurate and flawless work, while also being able to make pragmatic judgment calls and handle multiple competing priorities.
+ Interest in working in a large multi-national matrix organization with global teams, across time zones, with a diversity of cultures, and across multiple disciplines and levels of the organization.
+ Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Verbal, written and presentation clarity.
