SummaryLincoln Electric is seeking a Product Stewardship Specialist for our World Headquarters located in Euclid, OH. The Product Stewardship Specialist is a professional who is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant product stewardship legislation; contributing to the development and implementation of product stewardship programs; and managing product-related data, including chemical compositions and compliance information. This position requires an individual who can work effectively with many stakeholders throughout the organization to drive compliance, engagement and improvements in our Product Stewardship Programs.

What You Will Do Ensure compliance with relevant product stewardship legislation (Hazard Communication, GHS, DG, REACH, RoHS, Prop65, etc.). Collect, analyze, and manage product-related data, including chemical compositions and compliance information. Develop and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Share product stewardship information with stakeholders, providing guidance on regulatory requirements, and training relevant teams. Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries related to product stewardship legislation. Collaborate with suppliers and third-party manufacturers. Education and Experience Required Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required, preferred area for focus in Chemistry, Life Sciences or Environmental Health and Safety 3 - 8 or more years’ required experience Proficient in data management and relevant software such as 3e, SAP EHS or other commercial systems Strong understanding of Product Stewardship regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills Demonstrate initiative and ability to accept responsibilities with minimal supervision
