What You Can Expect

Responsible for providing support to the Global Partial Knee product management organization.

This is a hybrid position, 2 days on-site per week in Warsaw IN. 

How You'll Create Impact Provide assistance to Global Partial Knee Product Management OrganizationCollaborate with surgeon customers, sales representatives and cross functional stakeholders within Zimmer BiometSupport growth in the partial knee segment by focusing on the four P’s  Competitive and financial analysisUpdate product information literatureSupport medical and sales education eventsAddress field inquiries from both surgeon customers and sales representatives

What Makes You Stand Out Ability to communicate both orally and in written form with a clear and concise manner.Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and influence others through detailed knowledge of orthopedic and medical device industryMicrosoft Office Suite.- excel, word and PowerpointDetailed knowledge of medical device business including the science, products (Zimmer Biomet and competitors), research and commercialization process, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.Detailed knowledge of orthopedic market, products within assigned group, surgical process, selling process, regulatory process, development process, and marketing strategies.  Capable of understanding expectations and quickly acting on them.Able to identify workflow issues and summarize requirements.Ability to learn new computer systems quickly.Knowledge of DCS, JDE, Live Link & Impromptu preferred.Your Background Bachelor’s Degree required; marketing emphasis preferred4+ years of marketing experience preferredFamiliarity with Zimmer Biomet products, procedures, and promotions preferredTravel Expectations
