Your role:

• Provide product support to the Sales Force during the sales process including technical validation and configuration of customers´ requests, pricing and price list management. Attend sales process meetings with the sales force and other internal stakeholders.

• Marketing related activities such as product presentations, preparation of marketing materials, and competition and COF (clinical, operational, financial) analyses.

• Design and implementation of continuous training programs for the Sales force.

• Active support in other Business Line related activities and initiatives such as installed base retention programs, participation in congresses and symposiums, demo system management, KOL and reference site strategies and visits, CS related initiatives, price and technical escalations, etc.

Your expertise:

• Biomedical/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering or related careers

• Between 4 or 5 years of experience in: radiography or medical systems product related roles such as product specialist, applications or customer service.

• Skills: Attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies as well as strong proofreading skills. Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and manage workload independently without supervision. Analytical and critical thinking with a high level of accuracy and accountability. Strong presentation and communication skills that works well with cross-functional teams and is willing to assist and support colleagues to meet shared goals.
