We are currently looking for a Product Specialist - Web Applications to join us at our facility in Warsaw - Remotely.

Technical Expertise:

Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

Familiarity with QA processes and testing methodologies.

Knowledge of UX design processes is nice to have but not mandatory

Content Management:

Experience managing content workflows, including setting up users and roles, and managing permissions.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and properly formatted.

Training and Support:

Experience in training and supporting users on CMS platforms, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear and concise training materials.

Analytical and Problem-Solving:

Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within the CMS and work collaboratively to resolve them.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Web Development, Digital Media, or a related field.

3+ years of experience working with CMS platforms, with a focus on user management, training, and content QA.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is highly preferred.
