We are looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our dynamic Vaccines Team in Cyprus. As part of this team, you will play a vital role in preventing a wide range of infectious diseases, helping to turn once-feared illnesses into stories of the past. As a member of our customer-facing organization, you will play a crucial role as a Vaccines Product Specialist, Primary Point of Contact. You will partner with customers to address their needs, educate key stakeholders about our Vaccines portfolio, and communicate our vision to the larger medical community.
Key Responsibilities
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and effectively communicate their value to healthcare professionals. Contrast, compare, and position of our vaccines against competitors
Accounts and Customers: Understand complex account interdependencies and develop short- and long-term account plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the account plan.
Influence and Collaboration: Demonstrate advanced ability to ask strategic questions and obtain customer insights. Use these insights to position our brand(s) and collaborate with customers on customized strategies.
Sales & Market Share: Contribute to achieving ambitious Vaccination Rates, and market share targets within the Vaccines Portfolio
Personal Development & Conduct - You will actively participate and contribute in our team, business and cycle meetings and may act as a mentor for other junior team members.
You will comply with the letter and spirit of all local SOPS, laws and regulations and will demonstrates effective communication and collaboration with colleagues.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science or related degree or with sales experience.
Equivalent experience (preferably 3-5 years) can be professional sales experience, work experience in healthcare/scientific field (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) that is not sales-related, or professional marketing experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a motor vehicle.
Willingness to travel as required for the role.
