Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global, international team as a Thermal Management Product Specialist at Bosch. If you are ready to take on this challenge and make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our innovative and dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Align product strategy with Headquarters (BusinessUnits).Regional implementation of product strategy and pricing: responsibility for complex area of more than 20 countries.Price, margin and profitability analysis.Market data collection and analysis – potential, competitors, market share, target groups etc.Develop and execute regional launch concepts for new products and product programs, such as midterm turnover plans and launch activities.Represent the Product Segment in the Sub-region and continuously monitor and report on competitors' activities.Effective lifecycle management.Preparation of yearly marketing plan in close collaboration with sales and communication/trade marketing teams.constant market and sales trends observation and making appropriate decisions.Effective collaboration with other departments, such as Technical, Workshop, Sales and other, in order to develop business.

QualificationsProven record of successful management of a product portfolio.Excellent analytical and convincing skills: experience in working with large portfolio technical products (portfolio above 1000 SKUs).Good understanding of Automotive Aftermarket distribution channels and the behavior and priorities of independent workshops.Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a matrix organization.Ability to reach objectives through creativity and flexibility.Resilience and patience in the face of challenging tasks and changing priorities.Proactivity in looking for solutions.Team player with openness to to learn and mutual knowledge sharing.Strong relationship-building skills.Organized, pragmatic and adept in project management.Advanced Excel user.Fluent in English.Readiness to travel.Negotiations skills and technical education will be an additional asset.Experience in managing technically complex automotive products is desirable.Experience in Power BI will be a plus.
