**Job Summary** We are seeking a Product Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Azure Analytics Services and Python3 with a background in Finance & Accounting being a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work in a day shift and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals. + Oversee the integration of Azure Analytics Services to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities. + Provide technical expertise in Python3 to develop and maintain efficient codebases. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met and delivered on time. + Conduct thorough testing and validation of product features to ensure high-quality standards. + Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement. + Develop comprehensive documentation for product features and updates. + Train and support team members on new product functionalities and best practices. + Monitor product performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities. + Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of product goals. + Utilize domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting to tailor product features to industry needs. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product efficiency and user satisfaction. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience with Azure Analytics Services to manage and analyze large datasets. + Must be proficient in Python3 for developing robust and scalable applications. + Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting to understand and address industry-specific requirements. + Must have excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly. + Must have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. + Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Nice to have experience in a hybrid work model to adapt to both in-office and remote work environments. **Certifications Required** Azure Data Engineer Associate Python Institute PCPP1 Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
