This position is eligible for sales incentives. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve objectives by servicing customers within a designated territory. + Schedule appointments and deliver planned sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. + Identify and target new customer accounts, expand product listings, and cultivate partnerships with key opinion leaders and prescribers. + Initiate new customer contacts and arrange meetings to promote products and gather market intelligence. + Conduct effective on-site visits to customer locations to assess orders, market conditions, and gather valuable insights. + Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports and market intelligence documentation as required. + Follow up with customers to address any issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels. + Contribute to sales forecasting and closely monitor sales performance metrics. + Collect and analyze relevant marketing data, and identify potential business impacts such as e-bidding and tender opportunities. + Participate in special projects aimed at improving overall company performance. + Adhere strictly to the company’s policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field. + 2-3 years of direct experience as a Medical Representative, Sales Representative, or Product Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Immunology. + Proven experience working in a hybrid sales area. + Proficient in both Thai and English (speaking, reading, and writing). + Strong presentation skills and computer literacy. + Able to travel to up country (Northeastern)
