This Position reports to:
EL Product Marketing Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support sales organization and customers providing technical support and advice delivering appropriate product knowledge from project specification to technical support. Together with the Product Manager Specialist you will optimize the offer portfolio and generating tools for commissioning, FAQs and technical application notes. Each day, you will ensure that ABB gives the proper after sales technical support based on our customer requirements and can transform those requirements into qualified trainings and development improvements for better comprehension and installation of our solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by performing tools and trainings supporting the product launches and life cycle of the catalogue. In addition, you will lead the proper support in cooperation with the internal global customer center and quality department.

This role is contributing to the home and building automation market in Electrification Smart Building Business Area in Spain. Main stakeholders are Distribution, Electricians and System Integrators.
