Product Specialist - UPS Systems: + The primary function of the Senior Field Service Engineer is to analyze, test and troubleshoot complex problems related to uninterruptible power systems (UPS) + Install, update, manage and maintain software on UPS systems. + Diagnose and effect repairs to the UPS systems. + Provide technical support, problem diagnosis and resolution. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to be flexible to adjust to changing filed conditions. Product Specialist Required Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or related field. + Experience in reputed UPS manufacturers like Liebert, Powerware, MGE, APC, Chloride, Mitsubishi, Toshiba will be an added advantage.
