We are seeking a highly motivated associate to join the UBS Evidence Lab client team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of a key part of the UBS Research and data business. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience and a strong interest in markets, investing, and alternative data. You’ll support high-value client relationships, manage business-critical reporting tools, and serve as a bridge between client needs and internal product development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and improve reporting systems that support client engagement and business operations
• Participate in client calls and meetings, providing logistical and analytical support, and helping to ensure execution on follow-ups
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product and data teams, helping to shape future offerings
• Track and report on key business metrics and client usage trends
• Collaborate across the client, product, and data science teams to ensure high-quality client experiences
• Build subject-matter expertise in alternative data and its application in investment processes

• New York: the salary range for this role is $122500 to $147500
