Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team. As a Product Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Specialist

Location: Erie, PA

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: 7pm to 7am night shift and 7am to 7pm shift

What's the Job?

Evaluate production parts per customer specifications and guidelines to ensure part quality. Complete final audit inspections and properly document the status of products. Perform visual inspections for molding defects and adhere to quality inspection plans. Communicate quality issues effectively to the Quality Supervisor. Participate in dimensional studies or Gage R&R’s as directed by Quality Engineer or Technician.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience or education in the injection molding or plastics industry in a quality control function. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
