**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Achieve the product/ team targets.
+ Assist Sales Manager or National Sales Manager by providing information to develop Sales objectives, strategies, and marketing and sales activities in field.
+ Actively assist the Sales Manager or National Sales Manager in arranging symposia, seminars, lecture, speaker program, product presentation, special project assignment and new initiatives.
+ Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential accounts/hospitals.
+ Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory or at national level.
+ Maintain close relationships with key customers, KOL, PTC (Pharmacy Therapeutic Committee), Director, Pharmacist and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements.
+ Address product complaints in a timely fashion and as per Policy.
+ Assist new representatives by sharing product knowledge and information.
+ Report market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management in a correct and timely manner.
+ Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with WHO code, Thai code, PReMA code relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards.
