Job DescriptionAs the automotive Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the Bosch Braking Systems that require the development of compelling go-to-market offers designed for a broad range of mobility users that are serviced through diverse channels in the Automotive Aftermarket.
You will work cross functionally with a team of Product Development, Trade Marketing, Sales, Workshop Network teams, Market Intelligence, Purchasing, Engineering and Logistics teams in a fast-paced and agile working environment, where your skills will be visible to multiple management functions throughout the Bosch Automotive organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead the commercial development of the Brake Pads, Rotors and Boosters Product Portfolio.Ownership and organization of core program in terms of maintaining country product roadmap, ensuring consistent product quality, competitive pricing across channels, forecasting accuracy, optimized supply, advocacy through training, sales promotion and communication.Develop new product coverage by means of OE research and benchmarking to ensure a competitive, sustainable and market-relevant product program.Drive revenue objectives, target profitability, sales planning, inventory and service levels.Customer Facing: extensive collaboration with the commercial team to develop your product categories within the Distribution ranging from Wholesale partners, Retail accounts to independent Workshops.Develop and expand commercial offers to drive customer share of account and market presence.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering4-8 years of relevant experience, preferably product management / project or process management in automotive, industrial or manufacturing settingsProven success in taking ownership of and accomplishing objectives with a strong drive and energy for resultsDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills within a professional settingStrong planning, organizing and executing capabilitiesExperience in leading a project and working with cross-functional teamsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteEnglish professional proficiency, as direct working environment requires written and spoken communication within an international settingERP experience, preferably SAPAdditional InformationFrenos | Mercadotecnia | Desarrollo de la Distribución | Precios | Campañas | Promociones | Talleres | Automotriz | Eventos | Capacitación
