Entering this domain positions you at the heart of IBM, where growth and innovation thrive. **Your role and responsibilities** We are looking for a passionate and experienced Principal Product Manager/Principal Solutions Architect to contribute to our IBM Apptio’s Financial Management Portfolio of products. In this role, you will work with key stakeholders to drive strategy and execution of our Enterprise Business Management and Insights Offering. You will be an autonomous owner, with direct impact on the strategic direction of this Apptio business and be the single-threaded owner responsible for the planning and execution of all product development efforts. We are looking for a hands-on technical, and an analytics-driven individual to deliver innovative new offerings in response to customer and market needs. The right candidate will have the proven ability to dive deep into complex customer challenges and understand how to create simple yet elegant solutions to those challenges. You will work closely with our engineering, design, product marketing, customer success and sales teams to take the solutions from concept to launch to scale. What we want you to do: * Deliver business impact as a hands-on Individual Contributor, executing to the strategic vision for the Enterprise Business Management business. * Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver compelling Solutions and value-add features and enhancements. * Analyze and understand the competitive landscape and work to develop features that differentiate. * Understand Apptio’s core product strengths and work to integrate them into new platforms and partnerships. * Closely track industry and market trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly. * Collaborate with product marketing to create compelling messaging and content that clearly communicates the unique and differentiated value proposition to the market. * Partner with key stakeholders such as engineering and the broader Product teams to effectively execute and deliver success. * Drive product roadmap innovation through rapid triage of facts and data. * Execute the roadmap and prioritize features designed to drive adoption and value to our customer base. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Strong business and domain knowledge in understanding of how enterprises manage their overall technology spend. * 4+ years of working in the Shared Services function in an organization with a deep experience and expertise in this domain * 6+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of bringing compelling offerings to market. * Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback. * Attitude and aptitude for rapid learning * Strong leadership skills and executive presence **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
