MissionFor SI EP business unit, we are looking for a PSS team leader of EP sales specialist in DI sales channel. The main responsibility is to implement EP sales strategy to relevant DI channels and customers, and support DI RN JJJ Sales and jointly develop target customers to gain market share.As EP PSS team leader, be responsible for SI EP (both EP-I product and EP-E products) business development in responsible sales channel: business strategy, market intelligence, product promotion, know-how management as well as fulfill sales target via new and sleeping customers development.What are my responsibilities? • Lead team of EP sales specialists .• Define S-BTA base on BU strategies, align with sales channel on funnel view, split clear target on customers level. Empower and advise S-BTA fulfillment and define concrete measures.• Define clear EP strategies on territory level by market investigation, branch customer analysis, digital opportunities survey, push distributors both in channel business and own business• Clear picture of market competition transparency, lead BU program to support sales win over business opportunities.• Lead EP product/solution/digitalization promotion activities in sales channel. Continually collect portfolio requirements across the sales force and feedback to BU PMK• Increase EP sales volume and drive business growth within selected existing and new customers.• Assigns tasks and sets clear sales targets for each PSS, ensure fulfill target in both PSS own customers and cooperation customers• Manages and leads entire team members to achieve business targets, coaches and develops team competences and know-how improvement, foster growth mind-set and learning culture. What do I need to qualify for this job?• Rich knowledge of Siemens especially EP and DI products portfolio• Good strategic thinking and result-orientation with strong execution ability • Ability of structured & analytic approach to analyze status, propose measures, and implement • Good influencing and communication skills internally and externally, and good ability to listen• Developing team competence and motivating people• Good presentation skills • Bachelor or above • Professional command of English in both oral and written. • Frequent travel needed
